This leadership role is critical in aligning marketing and sales strategies to ensure measurable results in driving pipeline growth, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is an action and outcome oriented strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and executing demand generation programs, managing high-performing teams, and scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications.

  • Define, execute, and optimize multi-channel and account-based marketing campaigns (including email, paid media, SEO, content syndication, webinars, and more) to drive lead acquisition, awareness, sales pipeline growth, and customer expansion.

  • Develop and execute targeted demand generation strategies to increase sign-ups, drive Paygo revenue, and improve the customer lifecycle for self-serve audiences. Partner with Product Marketing and Sales teams to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and scaling Paygo adoption.

  • Oversee marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to segment audiences, deliver personalized campaigns, automate lead scoring, and track performance. Implement lead qualification and handoff processes to ensure a seamless transition between marketing and sales with Marketing Operations.

  • Work closely with SDR leadership to optimize lead handoff, follow-up, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline velocity.

  • Build and manage end-to-end lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and accelerate pipeline movement, ensuring alignment with sales goals and a seamless buyer journey.

  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment on lead quality, timely follow-up strategies, and shared revenue targets. Build continuous feedback loops to optimize marketing and sales processes.

  • Lead and grow a small team of demand generation marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and results-driven performance.

  • Partner with RevOps to design and implement a multi-touch attribution model. Track, analyze, report on, and improve campaign performance.

  • Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Craft creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, solve customer pain points, and drive engagement. Focus on strategies that align with both enterprise and self-serve customer needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for demand generation. Leverage technology, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role

  •  10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

  • Proven success in scaling self-serve and Paygo models alongside enterprise demand generation strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven marketing, lead attribution, and ROI measurement.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools Marketo and Salesforce, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, results-driven approach, and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment while managing competing priorities.
