What you'll do:

As a Digital Banking Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of banking functions. You’ll learn how financial institutions operate, explore the technologies driving modern banking, and assist teams in areas such as client onboarding, fraud prevention, compliance, and data analysis.

Over the course of this 10+ week internship, you’ll:
  • Learn core banking concepts and how different departments work together
  • Gain exposure to digital banking platforms and financial technologies
  • Assist in opening and managing checking, deposit, and loan accounts
  • Explore key regulations in banking (BSA, AML, etc.)
  • Collaborate with fraud and compliance teams on tools and processes to detect and prevent fraud
  • Analyze marketing and client data to help drive customer engagement
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with operations, client services, and risk teams


What you need:

  • Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework (Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related fields preferred)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, basic modeling)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about financial services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and mobile platforms
