Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Controller / CFO to lead our financial
operations. This role requires strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and
budgeting to ensure financial stability and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, and performance analysis
while working closely with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy.
While a CFA designation is not required, it is considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial forecasting, modeling, and strategic planning.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Oversee accounting processes, internal controls, and financial risk management.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
- Drive financial efficiency through process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of advising C-level executives.
- CFA, CPA, or similar financial certification is a plus but not required.
