Content Marketing Manager (SubSub)

We're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join the SubSub team.
SubSub is a revenue booster for video content creators. We create digital products, provide expert services, and offer opportunities through our YouTube network to help monetize content in every possible way. SubSub is an official, certified YouTube partner. Our portfolio includes hundreds of creators and media companies worldwide, and we're just getting started!
Our Products:
- SubSub Wallet — a digital wallet for creators.
- SubSub Analytics — a YouTube market analytics system and content performance tracker.
- SubSub Fan Funding — a system for collecting donations and subscriptions from your audience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Market & Niche Research: Conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, audience needs, and content opportunities.
- Hypothesis Building: Identifying narratives, developing hypotheses around content topics, and translating them into engaging marketing materials.
- Content Creation: Generating compelling and strategic content across various formats (articles, videos, scripts, etc.) that align with the brand voice and business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking content performance metrics such as time on page, bounce rate, and conversions to refine content strategy.
We expect you to have:
- Content Marketing Experience: Previous experience in roles like Content Marketer, Content Producer, or related positions.
- English C1+: Excellent written and spoken English to create high-quality content.
- Content & Platform Expertise: Understanding of different content types (blog, video, long-form, short-form) and platforms (YouTube, blog, social media).
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creativity and original thinking.
- Experience in YouTube and Influence Marketing niche would be a plus.
