WHO YOU ARE:
Arootah is searching for Singapore-based Executive Coaches with Communications expertise to work with our Hedge Fund / Alternative Investment clients. As an Executive Coach, you will work with high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, improve communications skills, achieve development objectives, unlock potential, and be a sounding board.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
 
Facilitation & Workshops
 
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshops for high-performing professionals.
Coach participants on executive communication, active listening, and effective meeting facilitation.
Guide professionals in storytelling, translating complex data into persuasive narratives, and pitching to investment clients.
Train individuals in presentation skills, executive presence, and interpersonal influence, including when engaging senior leadership.
Develop participants' strategic conversation skills for impactful interactions with management and clients.
Lead dynamic, high-engagement sessions using interactive activities, role play simulations, group coaching, and peer feedback focused on clarity, brevity, active listening, and presence.
Collaborate on tailoring workshop content to address client-specific communication challenges, such as internal pitch meetings and C-suite engagement.
Support the design and rollout of long-term communication training programs aligned with client growth initiatives.
Provide feedback, coaching, and resources during sessions to reinforce learning and measurable growth.
 
Coaching

Use Arootah’s coaching process and proprietary tools and technology with clients to support clients in getting from where they are to where they want to be
Simplify and clarify goals and identify communication weaknesses
Help the client develop realistic and effective monthly action plans for leadership growth and communications skills improvement
Identify internal and contextual roadblocks
Break apart goals into actionable steps
Devise a plan of action for each goal
Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan
Teach and mirror successful and positive emotional and behavioral techniques
Evaluate each client’s advancement toward goal actualization
Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (challenges, breakthroughs etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have professional experience working in financial services or hedge funds
Must be located in Singapore
Must have 5+ years of experience in group facilitation and workshops
Strong experience in B2B and B2C executive coaching up to the c-level with a corporate background
IPEC/ICF Certified Strongly Preferred But Not Required
Strong experience in communications or leadership development
Familiarity with storytelling frameworks, active listening models, and stakeholder influence techniques
Ability to coach high-performing individuals to translate technical concepts into persuasive, audience-relevant messaging
Background in corporate training, L&D, or consulting is a plus
Passion for helping others improve their communication skills
Ability to captivate, motivate, and inspire an audience
Strong cultural intelligence skills with the ability to build rapport
Effective communication skills
Personable and relatable characteristics
Basic computer skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English

PREFERRED:
Experience working and collaborating with remote teams
Fluent in Mandarin
Rate: range between $100 USD/hour - $200 USD/hour

Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, skills, specialization, accreditation, and years of experience.
