Ad Operations Specialist

Position Summary:
Swiftly is looking for a detail-oriented entry- to mid-level professional to join our Ad Operations team as a Specialist, focusing on the CPG/Retailer side of our business. This role involves managing daily trafficking, ensuring quality assurance, and monitoring ad delivery across client apps and websites. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working with ad servers. This is a full time contract role. 
We use Deel as the contract of record.  

Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage daily ad trafficking and quality assurance across all CPG campaigns
    • Execute campaigns using industry-standard ad servers (Xandr) and internal tools
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to coordinate campaign details and ensure a seamless customer experience and campaign launch
    • Identify process improvements to enhance media execution and ad trafficking
    • Provide feedback on new processes and tools for ad operations
    • Adapt to last-minute client requests with flexibility and efficiency
    • Monitor campaign performance, report key metrics, and optimize to ensure impression targets and overall campaign health
    • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of Ad Operations experience 
    • 1+ years of experience with ad servers (GAM, Xandr, Epsilon, AppNexus, The Trade Desk etc.)
    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or marketing/advertising 
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a quickly changing start-up environment 
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay focused, and maintain strict attention to detail
    • Ad Operations experience working with mobile apps and basic familiarity with CSS, Javascript or other coding languages preferred 
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint  

Preffered Qualifications:

    • Experience working with AppsFlyer 
    • Prior experience in managing media on social platforms, trafficking video, 3rd party tag integration, and QAing engineering outputs 
$2,000 - $3,000 a month
The salary range is based on the candidates experience as it relates to the role.
