Technical Sourcer (Contract)

How we'll deliver success:
As a Technical Sourcer, you will collaborate closely with recruiters to identify and engage top talent for our engineering teams. You’ll play a key role in building a top-of-funnel strategy across a wide range of technical teams and managing the full sourcing and screening process for technical roles. Your efforts will focus on building a diverse and strong talent pool, supporting both local and global hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and screening process for technical roles, ensuring a focus on diversity and a strong talent pool
- Recruit across a broad range of technical teams, supporting both local and global hiring needs
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, anticipating conversion rates and time-to-hire based on market insights and historical data
- Provide a personalized, high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Assess candidates’ skill sets to ensure alignment with team objectives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing, specifically building high-volume pipelines for software engineering roles
- Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease
- Familiarity with sourcing tools & platforms like LinkedIn, Gem, and Lever
- Results-oriented, always eager to get things done, but with a thoughtful and strategic approach
- Team-oriented; cares about organizational goals, enables others to do their best work, and enjoys collaborating to find the best solutions
- Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency
