Oshi Health is revolutionizing GI care with a digital clinic model that provides easy, convenient access to an integrated and multidisciplinary care team that takes a holistic approach to diagnosing, managing and treating digestive health conditions. Oshi Health has been recognized by Modern Healthcare and Builtin as the recipient of Best Place to Work awards. This recognition highlights our dedication to creating a workplace environment that prioritizes our team, fosters inclusivity, and is committed to our mission.

About the Role

The Provider Partnerships team at Oshi Health plays a pivotal role in building, launching, and growing partnerships with a diverse array of care delivery organizations. We’re a dynamic group of problem-solvers—scrappy, analytical, and strategic—focused on tackling complex challenges and driving meaningful results. By collaborating closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams, we ensure smooth implementations and long-term success for our partners.

In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and management of provider partnerships, ensuring every collaboration delivers value and sets the stage for long-term success. With strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, you’ll be just as comfortable diving into the details as you are driving big-picture initiatives. If you’re passionate about healthcare and excited to make a tangible impact, this role is for you.

  • Analytical, with the ability to measure and assess the success of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about healthcare and driven by Oshi’s mission to transform GI care.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to make an impact in a high-growth, mission-driven organization, we’d love to meet you.

  • Prepare and deliver performance reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, product, and growth teams to ensure alignment and smooth partnership operations.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and Oshi’s internal teams, advocating for partner needs and coordinating resources to address challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable processes to optimize partnership workflows and outcomes.
