Position Overview:

As a Workday Adptive Planning Consultant, you will help us improve performance management by implementing EPM solutions. This includes analyzing client needs, designing and configuring EPM applications, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning through training. With expertise in systems like Workday Adaptive Planning, you will provide insights and best practices to enhance clients' financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models by:

• Understanding business requirements & documenting them
• Designing & building the corresponding applications in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Training/co-building with the customer to ensure self-sufficiency in the solution
• Participating in and/or leading UAT and deployment
• Integrating source software and managing migration solutions (connectors & APIs)
• Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team to develop the best planning platform
• Lead cross-functional projects to refine and improve methodology & processes for optimal implementation

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

● Experience and ideally certifications with Workday Adaptive Planning

● Comfortable working with high volumes of unstructured data, structuring & validating it as needed

● Proven experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision

● Fluent in English

● Experience with SQL and other programming languages is a huge plus
