Job Description: Website and SEO Analyst

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Website and SEO Analyst to play a critical role in maintaining and improving our website's organic search performance. You will be responsible for executing and monitoring key SEO activities, ensuring technical and on-page optimizations, driving measurable growth through site structure improvements, and comprehensive reporting. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimization to increase quality traffic and conversions.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Daily Monitoring and Health Checks: Perform daily SEO health checks to identify and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, traffic dips, and technical site performance.
- SEO KPI Reporting: Track and analyze SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions, and provide detailed weekly reports to stakeholders.
- Page Optimization: Optimize existing pages by updating content, metadata, and internal links to align with priority keywords, improve user engagement, and enhance conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Plan, run, and report on continuous A/B testing to identify and implement optimizations for key landing pages, increasing form fills and driving pipeline growth.
- Technical Audits and Site Structure Improvements: Conduct in-depth technical site audits and work with the Web Dev team to enhance site structure, speed, and mobile-friendliness for improved user experience and SEO performance.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis of our competitors’ web pages to identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend and implement changes accordingly.
- Content Strategy and Execution: Research and identify organic search opportunities to improve SERP and AI Overview rankings. Work closely with a writer to create and implement optimized content.
- Inventorization of Website Assets: Continuously monitor the inventorization of top website assets to ensure alignment with SEO and conversion goals.
- Cross-Page Conversion Monitoring: Track and report on page-to-page conversions, providing actionable recommendations to enhance user pathways and engagement.
- Internal Link-Building Strategy: Develop and execute an internal link-building strategy to support priority keywords and topics, ensuring optimal link equity distribution.
- Indexing and Crawling Optimization: Conduct page indexing, crawling, and site structure optimization to ensure search engines can effectively discover and rank our content.
- Strategic Recommendations: Implement on-page SEO recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing and content goals.
Your Skillset
What makes you a great fit for the team:
- 2+ years of SEO experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong skills in keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver comprehensive SEO reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting basic website issues (preferred).
- Google Analytics and other SEO tool certifications (a plus).

- Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.

- Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
