You’ll work across teams, influence go-to-market strategy, and help shape how we connect with IT professionals around the world.

Conversion Optimization:

    • Build and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize CTAs, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
    • Define and monitor key web metrics (e.g., bounce rate, form fill rates, session-to-trial conversion).

Site Management & UX

    • Maintain and continuously improve site structure, performance, and page load speed.
    • Partner with design and content teams to bring new pages and campaigns to life.
    • Ensure the website experience aligns with our brand and product positioning.

Analytics & Insights:

    • Analyze web performance trends and user behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Looker.
    • Provide actionable insights to the marketing, product, and sales teams.
    • Develop and present performance reports on a regular cadence.

Agency & Vendor Collaboration

    • Act as the day-to-day liaison with our external web agency.
    • Manage timelines, prioritize incoming requests, and ensure delivery of high-quality work.
    • Align agency output with marketing campaign goals and site performance targets.

What You've Done:

    • 4+ years of experience in website performance, conversion optimization, or growth marketing.
    • Proven track record of improving web conversion and pipeline generation.
    • Deep understanding of website analytics, CRO tools, and testing frameworks.
    • Results-driven, with a data-informed approach to marketing performance.
    • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with external vendors or agencies.
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
