Job Description: We are seeking a visionary VP of Product with a solid background in scaling SaaS products at growth-stage companies and a keen understanding of Generative AI. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to execute near-term goals while continuously refining and realizing our larger vision. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving product innovation, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients, and positioning us for sustained growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated success in scaling a SaaS product from approximately $20M in ARR to $100M+.

• Deep expertise in SaaS product management and scaling strategies.

• Proven ability to implement scalable product practices and processes that support rapid growth.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on building and nurturing high-performing teams.

• Ability to work at a high pace and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, clarity, and collaboration.

• Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth targets.

• Work closely with the CEO to translate the company's vision into actionable product roadmaps.

• Drive the development and delivery of innovative product features that enhance user experience and deliver value to our clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to ensure seamless product execution.

• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.

• Establish and uphold best practices in product management, processes, and methodologies.

• Ensure the scalability and reliability of our platform through robust product design and architecture.

• Manage the product budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the product team, promoting professional growth and development.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience in scaling SaaS products at growth-stage companies.

• Understanding of Generative AI technologies.

• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Strong background in product management and strategy.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with the government contracting business development lifecycle.

• Experience or familiarity with RFP processes.

Requirements:
