Job Description
- Being a single point of contact towards everyone effected by Document and Knowledge Management., internal and external of Open Telekom Cloud.
- Refinement and correction of existing documents regarding content and stakeholders using workflows.
- Preparing the organization’s document set for internal and external audits.
- Collecting and managing all the documents and coordination of our documentation framework.
- Define the lifecycle management for our documents, define the responsibilities and regular updates.
- Build up a Document Manager champion network.
- Maintaining policy about Document management.
- Harmonization of internal and external documentation management requirements.
- Define and report measures to keep the desired level of quality of documents.
- Preparation, coordination and evaluation of quality checks on documents.
- Define the process for Knowledge Management to store knowledge base contents received from internal or even external parties.
- Collecting knowledge bases, who uses what and how.
- You will be responsible for the setup and operation of knowledge management platforms.
- Responsible for elaborating methodologies and incentive plans for wiki based knowledge sharing together with Line Management.
