Position Overview
As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in generating warm leads for our recruitment team. The successful candidate will work closely with the end-to-end recruiters and your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential candidates through active sourcing methods, ensuring that you build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates. Your efforts will be crucial for our recruitment process by delivering candidates who are not only strong fit but are already warm leads, making a smooth transition of engaged candidates to the end-to-end recruiters.

Responsibillities

    • Posting job adverts on different recruitment platforms
    • Reviewing and processing applications on a timely basis
    • Supporting recruiters on ad hoc administrative tasks
    • Create and execute effective strategies to attract top-tier candidates for open positions, such as software engineers and product owners
    • Emphasize quality in candidate sourcing, making sure all candidates meet or exceed the criteria for the roles we’re hiring for
    • Partner closely with the end-to-end recruiters to fully understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with hiring needs
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates, delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
    • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other tools

Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing for technical roles
    • Capable of creating basic to advanced Boolean search strings
    • Excellent and effective communication skills 
    • Some experience with conducting pre-screening calls via phone 
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Lever or other similar platforms)
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when posting job adverts
    • Creative and consistent about getting things done
    • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in HR, Psychology or a related field

    • Fully remote arrangement
    • Work Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday, 10AM to 7PM PHT
