What you’ll do

The Talent Recruitment Manager - AI Data Solutions ensures successful provision and onboarding of freelance talent expertise on one or more enterprise accounts to ensure customer success.

The Talent Recruitment Manager - AI Data Solutions executes tasks that support the capacity and performance management of the experts on assigned enterprise accounts, including sourcing, vetting, aligning resources to meet workload demands, tracking progress of the freelance experts to meeting individual KPIs and customer SLAs.

This role will work remotely on a contract basis

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design strategic sourcing solutions for fast paced AI data collection projects.

  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).

  • Manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

  • Build and nurture an AI data services expert community for enterprise customer(s), including activities to attract, onboarding, engage and retain high performing experts.

  • Provide proactive, timely updates to the customer success team, as well as their talent and community peers on the status of expert sourcing and performance management tasks, able to prioritize urgent requirements in accordance with business goals.

  • Maintain and exceed performance against KPIs, e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire and retention.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • +2 years experience in an AI expert sourcing /vendor management, project coordination/management, HR or other AI data solution related activities.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficient in English at a professional level

  • Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
