We are seeking a Talent Attraction Operations Specialist who will be the driving force behind recruiting coordination for all North American hiring efforts. In this role, you will oversee the applicant tracking and scheduling systems (Greenhouse & Goodtime), support recruitment at all levels, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to grow Kepler across various departments.This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, advancing careers and contributing to Kepler's growth and success.

What You Will Do:

  • Take full ownership of all North America interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones ensuring timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by developing and maintaining a positive candidate experience across all recruiting channels, serving as a reliable point of contact throughout the hiring process and onboarding 
  • Continuously evaluate & identify opportunities to streamline & enhance our candidate experience processes. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external job boards, company website, and social media channels
  • Support recruiting projects related to candidate experience, interview training, interview automation, and employer branding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date interviewer information across platforms, ensuring titles, locations, accounts, and training progress are properly documented

Skills and Requirements:

  •  1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources
  •  Experience with applicant tracking systems or automated scheduling tools (Greenhouse and/or Goodtime preferred).
  •  Proven ability to manage multiple, complex interview schedules with a sense of urgency.
  •  Strong bilingual (English & Spanish) written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with and support candidates and colleagues.
  •  Familiarity with recruiting, or the ability to learn technology needed to manage people data and metrics.
  •  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information.
