Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
  • Maintain an organized applicant tracking system to ensure a streamlined recruitment process and accurate records.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Provide timely communication to candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment reports to analyze metrics and improve the hiring strategy.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
