Responsibilities:

    • Establish program goals, milestones, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor program performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
    • 2. Team Supervision and Development
    • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of program managers and support staff.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff.
    • 3. Federal Finance and Accounting Management
    • Ensure program compliance with federal financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
    • Collaborate with financial analysts to develop budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
    • Support audits and reviews, providing documentation and addressing findings as needed.
    • 4. Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary liaison with federal agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align program goals with organizational objectives.
    • Prepare and present program updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
