What's the Short Version?
The Supervisor, Sales Operations oversees the daily functions and performance of our sales operations team. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing sales data and tools, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the sales teams in achieving revenue goals.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Supervise and support the sales operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the efficiency of operational processes.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions.
- Analyze business requirements and needs.
- Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on department performance.
- Supervise and train employees.
- Provide administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage confidential information professionally.
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance the information and analysis provided to internal staff.
- Complete projects delegated by the Sales Operations Manager.
- Design, implement, and produce various operational reporting needs.
- Provide proactive, solutions-oriented support for the Sales and Operations team.
- Participate in efforts to select, design, and implement optimal hardware and software in support of the Sales team and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Manager to participate in decisions guiding the department's direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of related experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support.
- 1-3 years of Supervisory/Management experience.
- Project management experience is a strong plus, with the ability to manage multiple projects to accommodate different stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team leadership capabilities.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $32.56 - $43.27 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
