Your Team & Role

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing and executing enterprise sales within the assigned territory. The role focuses on building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.

Your day to day

    • Achieve defined quarterly and annual sales goals.
    • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
    • Develop contacts with prospects and manage them throughout the sales cycle.
    • Articulate the value of Zadara’s solutions and services to senior levels within customer organizations.
    • Identify, develop and present a compelling value proposition to prospects in the large enterprise segment.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals and product information to prospects.
    • Provide pipeline updates and reporting using Salesforce.
    • Ensure deal closure and full sales cycle support through distributors, resellers or systems integrators.
    • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and latest trends in the Cloud (IaaS, SaaS and PaaS) market.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, positioning Zadara solutions and services as their preferred choice.
    • Lead the rapid response process to RFPs in collaboration with partners and peers.
    • Present Zadara’s portfolio of solutions and services at field events such as conferences and seminars.
    • Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams on a regular basis.

What you bring

    • 7+ years of direct account management experience in Infrastructure, Cloud or IT, dealing with large accounts.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure, Cloud or IT solutions in the enterprise sales landscape.
    • Proven and documented track record of achieving sales goals.
    • Experience presenting to large corporations and interacting with C-level executives.
    • Existing CxO-level contacts/relationships in large accounts.
    • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a “hunter” mentality for new business opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage relationships at all levels of an organization.
    • Strong business acumen and executive-level sales experience.
    • Effective time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Your education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
