Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Portal team, you will be at the forefront of building and optimizing a client-facing platform where clients manage and configure their bots. You’ll work closely with AI engineers, scientists and other product engineers to integrate AI-driven insights and features, ensuring that clients can effectively monitor their bot performance and visualize the added value of our product offerings.

How You Will Make an Impact

Who You Are

    • Experienced Engineer: 6+ years in full-stack development with a focus on backend systems; proficient in TypeScript and React
    • Technical Leader: 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
    • Architectural Expertise: Skilled in designing scalable, robust systems and anticipating implementation challenges.
    • Database Proficient: Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL; skilled in efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance..
    • Product-Minded: Passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions with a "get things done" attitude.
    • Adaptable: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements.
    • Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and a team player who positively influences others.
    • Advocate for Quality: Committed to writing clean, testable code and ensuring high standards of performance.
    • Proven Experience: Hands-on experience building high-performing, scalable architectures—not just theoretical knowledge.
    • Continuous Learner: Eager to stay ahead of technology trends and enhance both technical and leadership skills.
