Sr. QA Automation Engineer (Java)

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative financial
technology company. In this role, you will be an integral part of an agile team, collaborating closely with product owners, and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and automating test cases, identifying and recording bugs, and supporting the deployment of robust releases. Responsibilities

    • Lead the quality assurance of your development team. Owning the quality process and leading the deployment of high-quality releases.
    • Work on an agile team collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and developers.
    • Own the creation and automation of front and back-end test cases.
    • Provide feedback on features and record bugs.

Requirements

    • +3 years of experience in QA Automation.
    • Experience in usage and setup of CI/CD pipelines.
    • Hands-on backend automation experience with Java with UniRest or RestAssured.
    • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts.
    • Able to work with relational and non-relational databases.
    • A strong sense of ownership and leadership.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business partners.
    • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
    • Can take on full projects from beginning to end.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Team player.
    • Problem solver.
    • Advanced English level.
    • Quick learner and passionate to learn new technologies.
    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in test engineering.
