Sponsorship Sales Specialist – Live Events & Digital (R&B ONLY)
COLORS Worldwide Inc. is the creative force behind R&B ONLY, a movement dedicated to amplifying R&B music and culture. Over the past decade, we’ve produced over 700 shows in 50+ cities, selling more than 700,000 tickets independently. With a digital reach of 13.4 million impressions in the past month alone, R&B ONLY is growing rapidly as both an in-person and online brand.
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Sponsorship Sales Specialist to help us secure partnerships for our live events and digital content. This is a commission-based role where your ability to build relationships and close deals will directly contribute to the expansion of one of the most exciting brands in music and entertainment.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have a proven track record of closing sponsorship or ad sales deals, preferably in entertainment, events, or media.
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Results-Driven: You’re motivated by hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
- Creative: You think outside the box when crafting sponsorship packages and pitching to clients.
- Strong Communicator: Your presentation and relationship-building skills are top-notch.
- Passionate About Music and Culture: You understand and appreciate the impact of R&B music and culture.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and pitch potential sponsorship partners for R&B ONLY’s live events and digital content (e.g., social media, original series, and livestreams).
- Develop creative sponsorship packages that align with partner objectives while highlighting R&B ONLY’s unique value proposition and engaged audience.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies to drive long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals that align with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with our marketing and events team to ensure successful execution of sponsorship activations.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools.

- A solely commission-based compensation structure with tiered rates of up to 20% for larger deals, plus a 5% recurring commission for multi-year renewals and performance bonuses for hitting quarterly and annual targets.
