Job Description: We are seeking a Software Developer with extensive experience in Generative AI applications and large language models (LLMs) such as the GPT series, Claude series, and Gemini. In this role, you will contribute to our AI-driven platform, embedding state-of-the-art AI technologies into our product to deliver exceptional value to our users. Your expertise with frameworks such as LangChain, embedding workflows, and vector databases will be crucial in enhancing and evolving our system. Collaborating with our talented team, you will support innovative technical development and drive the integration of AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full-cycle software development efforts, from ideation through deployment, ensuring our solutions meet industry standards.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user requirements into robust technical implementations.

• Develop and integrate Generative AI applications into our platform, leveraging LLMs and related technologies.

• Assist in enhancing system performance, reliability, and security.

• Support continuous innovation by integrating new features and optimizing existing functionalities.

• Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless system operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in SaaS environments at growth-stage companies.

• Proven expertise in developing applications with Generative AI and LLMs such as GPT series, Claude series, and Gemini.

• Proficiency with frameworks such as LangChain, embedding workflows, and vector databases.

• Passionate about innovation and AI, with an appreciation for the "fail fast and pivot/iterate" methodology.

Required Experience:

• Experience with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI.

• Proficiency in React/Next.js, with a portfolio of projects.

• Experience with Python for backend development.

• A minimum of 2-3 years in software development or a related field, with a focus on SaaS platforms.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs.

• Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and additional AI frameworks.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.

• While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
