ServiceNow Business Analyst

Business Analyst
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will work with a collaborative team developing and deploying solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You will support your project teams ensuring designs and development efforts are well documented and delivered with a high level of quality and according to AHEAD’s Standards & Best Practices. Business Analysts serve as the foundation of quality control within the ServiceNow practice while taking a prominent role in the creation and maintenance of the practice’s document repository.

Responsibilities:

    • Participate on project teams to design and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
    • Participate in design workshops and capture Session Summary notes
    • Support Delivery Lead and Technical Lead team members in the creation and peer review of client-facing deliverables including designs, stories, and training materials
    • Perform quality assurance peer-review testing of development activities
    • Support the Process Manager in the creation and maintenance of practice specific project collateral
    • Ensure project team alignment with all practice defined Best Practices, Processes and Standards

Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail related to document editing and sanitation
    • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Interest in learning and being proficient in the ServiceNow platform
    • Efficient prioritization and planning of work activities
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Self-starter with an ability to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
