Remo is building the new standard of dementia care. As a virtual dementia care provider, our expert clinical team designs personalized, comprehensive care around patient and family needs (instead of a one-size-fits-all approach). We empower family caregivers by connecting them with a vibrant community of other caregivers, expert content, and tools to manage the entire dementia journey – from anywhere, at any time. Our mission is simple – to provide accessible, comprehensive, quality dementia care for every person who needs it.
As a Senior Web Engineer, you will own and evolve Remo’s web presence, crafting high-performing, engaging digital experiences that connect dementia patients and their caregivers to Remo’s interdisciplinary care teams. This role blends design and front-end engineering with growth-focused engineering, ensuring that our platform is not just beautiful, but also effective at driving engagement and scaling our impact.
You’ll collaborate with our Product, Design, and Growth teams to optimize user experience, onboarding, and conversion, while also maintaining our front-end and design systems to ensure consistency both visually and functionally across our entire web presence. Your work will directly shape first impressions, engagement, and accessibility, making it easier for families to discover and benefit from Remo’s care.
You’ll also be a key point of contact for reactive work, addressing customer requests, urgent fixes, and high-priority improvements, while also contributing to planned development cycles (we use Shape Up). This means you’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Design, and Growth teams to build and maintain stable, scalable, and accessible web experiences that drive engagement and trust.
We need someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment, takes ownership, obsesses over the details, and cares deeply about the user experience – because for our audience at Remo, reliability isn’t optional.
