Are you obsessed with the power of video to connect, inspire, and move people? As our Senior Media Manager, you’ll own video from strategy to execution, leading collaborations with in-house stakeholders and agencies to bring bold, disruptive content to life. This role is about more than production – it’s about pushing the boundaries of storytelling, crafting visuals that capture hearts, and making video the pulse of our brand. You’ll partner with marketing, product, and design to ensure that every frame delivers a message that resonates and drives engagement. If you’re a hands-on visionary who thrives on creating videos that make an impact, this is your stage.

What you will do:

    • Develop Video Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive video strategy that supports marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand storytelling across multiple channels (social media, web, events, paid media).
    • Oversee Production: Manage all aspects of video production, from concept development and scripting to shooting, editing, and post-production. Ensure content is delivered on time, within scope, and aligns with the brand voice and goals. Travel as needed for video shoots and support.
    • Content Development: Work with marketing and product teams to create a diverse range of video content (e.g., explainer videos, product demos, customer testimonials, brand films, social media clips).
    • Create a Culture for Video: Encourage cross-team collaboration on video projects, promote the use of video for internal and external messaging, and establish guidelines for consistent brand representation. Provide training for employees to create and share video content, and continuously exploring new formats and platforms to keep video at the forefront of the company’s culture.
    • Quality Control: Ensure all video content maintains a high standard of quality in terms of storytelling, production value, and visual consistency. Oversee review cycles and revisions as needed.
    • Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of video content and make data-driven decisions to refine and optimize video performance.
    • Budget Management: Oversee the video production budget, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
    • Technology Tool Management: Oversea and manage video tools such as Frame.io, Youtube, Vidyard and MarketScale.
    • Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, video technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company’s video offerings.

What you will bring to Coupa:

    • 7+ years of experience in video production and media management, preferably in a tech or digital-first environment
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video content (e.g., brand storytelling, product marketing, social content)
    • Experience managing both in-house production teams and external vendors
    • Expert knowledge of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production processes
    • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and familiarity with motion graphics/animation software (e.g., After Effects)
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of video SEO and analytics platforms (YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:
