Senior UX/UI Designer

At Variacode we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to be part of our product team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for B2B products.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to create intuitive, user-centered designs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience designing digital products.
  • Strong expertise in UX/UI design, user research, and design systems.
  • Expertise with Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results.
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in B2B products is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short iteration cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Advanced english.
