Role Summary:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Founders Workshop, you will be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and user experience of our innovative software products. This role requires a creative visionary who can balance functionality with aesthetics, ensuring our interfaces are both intuitive and engaging. You will collaborate closely with both product managers and development teams to conceptualize and refine designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive user engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Design Intuitive Interfaces: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• Innovative Solutions: Translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
• Collaborative Design Creation: Work closely with developers and product managers to implement attractive designs.
• Consistency and Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency across all designs while adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years' experience with visual design / UIUX design.
• End to end brand design and communication experience.
• Interface design for web and mobile apps.
• Familiarity with trends in UI/UX design, software usability standards, user centric design.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Direct work with external clients.
• Experience ideating and executing designs from ambiguous requirements and few market details.
• Agency experience balancing multiple fast-moving projects.
• Familiarity with basic programming.
• Work in a startup or experience working with executives.
• Advanced used of Figma.
• Experienced Designer: You bring a proven track record of designing stunning, user-friendly interfaces for software applications.
• Creative Thinker: You have a strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics.
• Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are capable of adjusting to new challenges and technologies.
