Senior Treasury Manager, Global Cash Management

The Purpose:

This role leads global treasury technology and product enablement, focusing on systems, general infrastructure, and ensuring the bankability of our products. You'll drive innovation, ensure system efficiency, and act as the key tech liaison within the Treasury.

Your impact in this role:

    • Global Treasury Tech & Product Leadership: Develop and execute the treasury tech roadmap, including PPRO Treasury as a Service.
    • Systems Management: Oversee TMS, FIS Payment Hub, FIS Integrity and other finance systems.
    • Infrastructure Management: Manage bank connectivity, payment formats, and data exchange between us and our bank partners.
    • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for internal technology and product teams.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with banking and tech vendors.
    • Project Management:Lead treasury technology and infrastructure projects within Treasury and Finance.
    • Requirements Analysis: Translate business needs into functional requirements. 
    • Process Improvement & Compliance: Develop and implement efficient processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

What would make you a great fit:

    • 7+ years in Treasury (ideally in financial services)
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
    • High-level Hands-on mentality
    • Strong project management and communication skills.
