As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top technical talent to support the client's mission and goals. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. End-to-End Recruitment:

Collaboration:

Candidate Experience:
Create a best-in-class candidate experience by being responsive, transparent, and proactive in communications throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
Champion the client’s mission and culture by promoting their values and opportunities through social media, networking events, and other channels.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
Leverage analytics and metrics to optimize the recruitment process, track performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment function.
Experience:
Proven track record as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in recruiting for technical roles: software engineering, data, product and management roles.
Skills:
Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as this role involves engaging with U.S.-based candidates and LatAm candidates.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of autonomy.
