Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top technical talent to support the client's mission and goals. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding technical talent for both internal teams and client projects.

  • Talent Sourcing:
    Use innovative and creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of highly skilled candidates for various technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists).

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. Provide consultative support and market insights to guide hiring decisions.

  • Candidate Experience:
    Create a best-in-class candidate experience by being responsive, transparent, and proactive in communications throughout the recruitment process.

  • Employer Branding:
    Champion the client’s mission and culture by promoting their values and opportunities through social media, networking events, and other channels.

  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    Leverage analytics and metrics to optimize the recruitment process, track performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment function.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    • Skilled in recruiting for technical roles: software engineering, data, product and management roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.

    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as this role involves engaging with U.S.-based candidates and LatAm candidates.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of autonomy.
