Requirements

The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of an online project though all the stages of UX, design, front and back-end development, testing and delivery of the final product
  • Participate in meetings with clients and guide them through all the required steps (present plans and deliverables, explain processes, keep meeting minutes)
  • Efficiently communicate with clients and third party vendors, through all available channels and succeed in increasing client satisfaction establishing mutual trust relationships
  • Understand business needs, in various business sectors and consult clients on their digital transformation journey
  • Translate clients needs and decisions taken to the production team by authoring a thorough specification document
  • Possess a deep understanding of web development processes in terms of strategy and design all through to development and related technologies
  • Participate in technical meetings with different third party vendors, understand requirements and make decisions on systems’ integrations talks
  • Have a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
  • Have strong technical knowledge, to be able to talk effectively with both the technical team and the client, anticipate and prevent any underlying technical issues
  • Help the production team formulate solutions that solve customer problems in relation to online commerce, news portals, travel portals and other online business projects
  • Develop the project’s timeplan taking into account client’s needs, third parties’ capabilities, technical requirements and systems involved
  • Lead the production process of offered solutions by working with, inspiring and motivating the IT, UX, Design, Development and Digital Marketing teams
  • Work to unearth and solve any problems with the functionality of a solution by coordinating testing processes working along the production team
  • Supervise the project team by appropriately assigning tasks and properly allocating resources to meet deadlines
  • Succeed in meeting project goals within the specified budget of the client and the organization by continuously adjusting project parameters
  • Be flexible enough to handle project requirements changes, technical difficulties and demanding clients by maintaining project control and offering intuitive solutions
  • Author project user manuals and train project beneficiaries on the use of the projects developed
  • Generate periodic project status reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application to client’s projects

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of web project management experience in large scale web projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Project Management Certification from an accredited institution would be a plus
