The Role
Legend is hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to report directly to our Head of SEO.
Are you ready to shape the future of iGaming affiliation? Join us on an exciting journey to help build some of the industry's biggest brands and networks.
In this pivotal role, you will tackle intriguing SEO challenges, guiding your team and stakeholders to success in the highly competitive NA market. You will also be deeply in the trenches yourself, optimising everything you can to give us the edge that makes the difference.
You'll have the opportunity to help build and scale your own SEO team over time, enhance our existing practices and workflows in collaboration with other company leaders, and help us extend our lead in the NA market even further.
Working alongside a team of exceptionally talented professionals across various disciplines in the iGaming industry, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic and rapidly growing field. This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive our success to new heights.
Your Impact:
- Create and execute SEO strategies for our NA-focused assets (5 sites), leading to long-term sustainable organic growth.
- Own your assets’ SEO performance and monitor, audit, and directly optimise with your team to continuously improve their organic performance.
- Find and create new opportunities by analysing market and industry developments, competitors, and user behaviour.
- Set ambitious outcome-focused SEO goals and create seasonal initiatives for your products. Report progress to stakeholders.
- Lead your team. Help them grow their skills and co-create a best-in-class work environment for them.
What You'll Bring:
- A track record of achieving sustainable organic ranking increases as a responsible SEO specialist for one or more websites.
- Successful experiences working closely with content, product, design, and engineering functions.
- Expert level on-page SEO skills. Off-page and technical skills are a plus.
- Strong play-to-win attitude within the context of that we win as one together as a team.
- Constant urge to learn more and improve. We are #1 in iGaming worldwide because we constantly improve, test, and learn from each other. We need you to join that journey.
The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, Senior SEO Manager and On-Page SEO Specialist (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3-5 days to complete a task before sending it back for us to review
- 4th: Final interview with our team, Head of SEO and Chief Gaming Officer (1 hour video via Zoom)
