Who You Are
You have an accomplished track record in building and leading a team. This person will lead a full sales cycle team of Sales Managers and Upsell Specialists to meet and exceed unit and revenue objectives. As a sales leader managing sales managers, you will hire, retain and motivate a team of upsell specialists and work closely with leadership to drive results. You will implement sales strategies, manage team performance to achieve revenue targets . You excel at ongoing coaching and developing your team of sales managers by using data-driven insights to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress and identify changes needed for improvement. Your leadership will help maintain a high level of motivation, ensure the team meets its goals, and foster a culture of accountability and achievement while promoting trust and encouraging collaboration to resolve conflict and navigate change. You understand the importance of building a strong team culture and are dedicated to a supportive environment, even in a remote work setup. You are always seeking out opportunities to work cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives. You are passionate about making a positive impact in the world and are excited about the opportunity to do so in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup environment.
$125,000 - $160,000 a year
At brightwheel, we believe in rewarding strong performance and ensuring our team members thrive both professionally and personally. Our compensation package is designed to recognize team members who make it happen, delivering value for our customers and achieving extraordinary results.
Competitive Earnings & Uncapped Potential:
On-Target Earnings (OTE) are $125,000-$160,000 in all U.S.-based locations, which includes an annualized base of $62,500-$80,000 and uncapped variable compensation of $62,500-$80,000 based on performance. Strong performers have opportunities to unlock base and OTE increases over time.
