Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer join our team, specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess both the technical development expertise and business analysis skills to design, implement, and enhance Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
·       Salesforce Development:
·       Design and develop custom solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud.
·       Build and configure Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, APEX triggers, and workflows.
·       Implement service automation solutions using Service Cloud features like Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, and Service Console.
·       Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and third-party tools.
·       Manage data migration and integration projects to ensure seamless transition and system efficiency.
 
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
·       Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on development using APEX, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
·       Experience with Service Cloud and its core components, including Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, and Omnichannel routing.
·       Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, API development, and data migration strategies.
·       Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Experience:
Minimum 5 - 8 years of Salesforce development experience, specifically on Service Cloud.
