Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Revenue Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy through actionable data insights and recommendations. This role is integral to the Sales team, collaborating closely with Sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategies, processes, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze large volumes of data, create financial models, and make real-time, data-driven decisions. You will manage the delivery of business-critical reports and dashboards that help shape our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights that directly inform decision-making across Sales teams. Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages that drive visibility and enable informed sales leadership decisions.

  • Sales Strategy & Process Support: Work closely with Sales leadership to develop, optimize, and refine sales strategies, processes, and procedures using data analytics and operational insights.

  • Dashboards & Metrics Management: Design, develop, and maintain business metric dashboards that provide high visibility into sales operations and performance. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics that monitor customer behaviors and sales growth.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs, monitor KPIs, and support the execution of strategies aimed at accelerating growth.

  • Financial Modeling & ROI Analysis: Build and refine financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to facilitate key decisions that impact revenue performance.

  • Data Governance & Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics, playing an integral role in driving high-quality decision-making. Promote strong data governance practices throughout the organization.

  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Actively identify growth opportunities and potential improvements in sales operations, collaborating with teams across the organization to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst or in a similar Sales Operations role, with a demonstrated ability to support complex sales analysis and drive strategic decisions through data insights.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and data governance best practices.

  • Comfort with working with large datasets and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Experience with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and presenting data insights to senior leadership.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (preferred: SQL, Python/R, Pandas).

  • Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

This role is open to anyone within the United States except candidates in CA, WA, OR, or NY. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.

Base Salary $110,000 - $120,000 + Equity
