Senior Recruiter
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring white-collar professionals across the United States. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring campaigns, ensuring the successful placement of top-tier talent in alignment with client needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies, utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques, and maintain a high level of candidate and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Rate in USD: $5.75 (Per Hour)
$333.33 monthly performance bonus
Working Shift: 8:00 am EST - 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and business goals.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of candidates for high-volume hiring campaigns while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruitment team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in US recruitment, specializing in white-collar roles and high-volume hiring.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and data analysis for recruitment metrics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
$5.75 - $5.75 an hour
