Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing elite talent at top health, fitness, and wellness companies. You will work closely with our internal team to identify high-caliber talent and foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
Source, engage, and manage relationships with top-tier talent in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, direct outreach, and industry-specific platforms, to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interview processes.
Provide a seamless and high-touch experience for both candidates and clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends to identify and engage with emerging talent.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter with a track record of placing high-caliber talent.
Passion for building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Deep knowledge of the health, fitness, and wellness landscape.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
