We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the AgencyAnalytics team!
AgencyAnalytics is the leading analytics platform built for digital marketing agencies to showcase results, improve client outcomes, and streamline workflows through data & automation. We are a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team focused on transforming how agencies operate—and we’re just getting started!
As we embark on our next phase of growth, we’re looking for an experienced PMM to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and launch execution for our evolving features and products, ensuring customer and business impact.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will develop comprehensive GTM strategies, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and launch plans to drive awareness, adoption, and business impact for new products and features.
As an internal SME of our product, customers and market, you will translate product offerings into compelling narratives and enable teams to communicate value consistently across channels and journey stages.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on PMM with a proven track record of successful product launches, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to align teams and influence stakeholders.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:
GTM Strategy & Launch Planning
- Lead the GTM strategy of new feature and product launches, informing the positioning, messaging, segmentation and GTM deliverables.
- Coordinate launches cross-functionally to ensure alignment and develop internal enablement resources to equip teams for execution.
Positioning, Messaging & Audience Segmentation
- Define and refine product, feature and segment-level positioning and messaging to product value based on customer and market insights.
- Refine our target audience segmentation strategy and ideal customer profiles (ICP) definitions to improve targeting.
Market, Customer & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct customer research to develop a deep understanding of marketing agencies—how they operate, their pain points, motivations, and buying behaviours.
- Research competitor product, positioning, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and gaps.
Internal Enablement
- Develop and maintain sales and competitive enablement resources to equip sales teams with insights and messaging, and competitive differentiation to improve close rates.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS, with a track record of successfully launching new features and products, driving product adoption and revenue impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with customers.
- Experience conducting and analyzing customer research, including customer interviews, JTBD research, surveys, and feedback loops.
- Analytical mindset, with experience gathering and interpreting qualitative & quantitative data to refine positioning and GTM strategies.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward with minimal direction.
- Bonus if you have experience in MarTech is a plus.
- Bonus if you have Product Product Marketing Certification from reputable sources such as Reforge, Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic.
Compensation
Our base salary for this role ranges from $108,100 to $162,200 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
