Senior Manager of Accounting (Director Track)
$130K–$150K | Remote (Hybrid in Beverly Hills a Plus, Not Required)

One of the fastest-growing healthtech companies in the country is hiring a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead audits, own reporting, and build the financial backbone of a high-growth business. This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow into a Director title as the company scales. The role is fully remote, with a strong plus for candidates in the Beverly Hills area open to a hybrid schedule (2 days/week).
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily accounting operations: close, reconciliations, and internal reporting
- Run the company’s first-ever financial audit in partnership with external auditors
- Deliver clean, GAAP-compliant financials and ensure readiness for future scaling
- Partner with the CFO and FP&A on budgeting, board materials, and executive reporting
- Improve systems, controls, and accounting workflows from the ground up
- Support contract reviews, finance operations, and special projects
- Play a key role in hiring and mentoring as the finance team grows
What You Bring
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting background or experience at a fast-moving in-house finance team
- Proven track record leading or supporting audits
- Strong judgment and comfort operating in a lean, high-growth environment
- FP&A or strategic finance exposure is a bonus
- U.S.-based (strong preference for candidates who can occasionally work from the Beverly Hills office)
