The Home Podcasts team within Spotify’s Personalization Mission focuses on what podcasts to recommend on Spotify’s Homepage and where, by building the model to rank and find the perfect podcast content, fully tailored to each user. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about personalization ML models, recommender systems and disciplines included but not limited to contextual bandits, causal inference, deep learning, and generative recommenders, which are actively used and expanded by our teams. For the purposes of collaboration, we ask that our team members operate in the Eastern time zone.
The United States base range for this position is $176,166 $251,666 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
