About the role:

As a Transformation Manager, you will be part of our IT Transformation department which focuses on large-scale transformation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformational initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency within our IT organisation.

About your tasks:

  • Strategic Vision & Vision Alignment: Manage change and stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and long lasting transformative effect
  • Change & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT, finance, and other relevant departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure seamless integration of new processes and tools.
  • Project Management & Execution: Manage and execute transformation projects aimed at improving IT controlling processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Metrics Setup: Setup metrics to continuously monitor the progress and performance of the transformation efforts.
  • Sustainability of Change & Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the whole IT organisation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to IT financial management.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Prior experience in transformation and change projects, ideally within a multinational matrix organisation.
  • Background in operational excellence, process optimisation, and change management, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and support decision-making processes. 
  • Experience with stakeholder management at all levels, including executive and senior management, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Strong knowledge on process design and management methodologies (experience with BPMN or other process mapping methodologies is a plus).
  • Experience with introducing and maintaining performance management in IT organisations is a plus.
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP), Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), and/or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

Remote work policy:

Our offices are open, but you are free to work from home, from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again, or if you work from home all the time. At the same time, we value relationship between all members of the area and therefore we have regular team and area anchor days on which every team member is asked to come to the office.
