Description

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Eberjey will report into the Director of Performance Marketing and work closely with a second growth marketing manager, a digital coordinator and the retention and ecommerce teams. This person will oversee new customer acquisition and retention across different performance marketing channels including paid social, affiliate, display, search etc. The role will be a good blend of strategy and execution, with experience ad buying & optimizing on performance channels is a must.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale paid social (Meta, TikTok) and programmatic/display (Google Display Network, DV360, Criteo, etc.) campaigns with a strong focus on performance KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV). 
  • Build and manage full-funnel paid media strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention efforts. 
  • Implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing strategies (creative, audience, copy, landing pages) and maintain data-first approach through continuous experimentation.  
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily; adjusting bids, budgets, and creative as needed to maximize efficiency. 
  • Develop creative briefs and partner with internal teams to build high-performing ad creative tailored to each platform and audience. 
  • Collaborate closely with merch team to ensure landing pages are merchandised in line with current and upcoming ads and landing pages remain relevant to each ad / audience.  
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly spend - tracking to budget & adjusting as needed.  
  • Manage and optimize campaigns & audiences, while researching and evaluating new audiences, campaign types, and tests to scale new customer growth and achieve business KPIs  
  • Own weekly channel reporting and KPI tracking, as well as monthly creative & channel recaps.  
  • Support and optimize tracking, performance reporting, and customer analytics, while highlighting learnings to inform future initiatives. Collaborate with data analytics team to produce reporting dashboards and actionable insights for leadership. 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and brainstorm new and creative digital marketing growth strategies. 
  • Collaborate closely with creative team to develop engaging assets for campaigns and landing pages. 
  • Test and grow new channels  


What You'll Need

  • 6-8 years of growth marketing and analytics experience at ecommerce brands  
  • Proven track record managing $5M+ monthly paid media budgets efficiently.  
  • Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, Criteo Ads.  
  • Strong analytical skills — proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools. 
  • Working knowledge of attribution modeling and incrementality testing. 
  • Experience in A/B testing or user research methods 
  • Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases  
  • Excellent writing skills 
  • A relentless attention to detail for digital experiences 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
