We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our growth team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale solutions that power our marketing technology stack and growth initiatives. You will be responsible for developing both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integrations between tools, and implementing robust tracking and analytics solutions. By leveraging advanced marketing technology, experimentation frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration, we continuously test and scale new ideas to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences for our audience. Our team's expertise in growth marketing, data analytics, and automation ensures we stay agile, innovative, and always focused on delivering measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize our marketing technology stack.
    • Develop and maintain integrations between various MarTech tools.
    • Implement tracking solutions and create custom applications to automate marketing workflows.
    • Build data pipelines for marketing analytics to support informed decision-making.
    • Set up A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and implement new features.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Implement and maintain APIs for seamless integration with various services and third-party applications.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team efficiency.

What you need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Golang, HTML5/CSS3 and RESTful APIs.
    • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.JS.
    • Experience with database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
    • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
    • Experience with version control systems (Git).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellence in technical documentation.

What we would love to see:

    • Experience with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
    • Experience with microservices architecture.
    • Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Self-motivated and proactive approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
