Position Overview: Are you passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions and working in a collaborative environment? Crossvale is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you have a foundation in Front End and or Back End technologies and are eager to contribute to innovative projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Build and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and troubleshoot application issues.
- Perform code reviews and mentor Associate developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like Angular (v15+).
- Expertise in backend technologies: Java, or .NET Core, with experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
