About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Preparing and presenting FP&A reports and analytics to the Finance team and stakeholders;
• Monitoring financial results against budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and clarity in presentation;
• Analyzing financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance company performance;
• Developing and improving reporting processes and tools to enhance FP&A efficiency and effectiveness;
• Managing the quarterly and annual budgeting process in collaboration with various departments and the Budgeting Committee;
• Preparing and managing a consolidated budget while monitoring adherence and providing guidance to ensure financial targets are met;
• Collaborating with financial and cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and support decision-making;
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management;
• Providing regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects, such as business plan or strategy preparation;
• Supporting the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and identify areas for improvement.

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis;
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights;
• Knowledge and practical understanding of IFRSs;
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Google sheets and Excel skills;
• Professional training and certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA);
• Experience with financial software 1C is a plus;
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders;
• Working proficiency level in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
