Altarum Institute (Altarum) Population Health Division is seeking a remote Senior Evaluation Analyst for a fast-paced and rewarding consulting environment. We work to improve the health of disenfranchised populations by combining our expertise in public health and health care delivery to address health disparities, improve programs, and build better systems of care through an equity-focused lens.
You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in statistics, equitable evaluation principles, and data visualization to support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This role requires you to provide thought leadership in designing and executing analysis plans, conduct analysis and reporting across an array of projects, and provide expert consultation to the team and our clients. This role may provide supervision and mentoring to earlier career analysts, participate in business development efforts, networking, and developing strong partner relationships.
This Senior Evaluation Analyst position will specifically support projects in the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Maternal and Child Health focus areas, as well as also allow for cross-area work in other community health areas (including behavioral health and food and nutrition).
Our ideal candidate has experience leading evaluation and research study design, including sampling procedures and power calculations, developing data collection tools and systems to capture meaningful community health program data; leading data analysis activities; and developing reports and other communications that portray findings in compelling ways for a broad range of audiences.
$122,363 - $147,679.35 a year
