Senior Developer - Nerdio

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team and play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and supporting our Unified Cloud Application (UCA). This role requires strong technical expertise in JSON, REST APIs, Azure Cloud, and DevOps, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud computing, automation, and troubleshooting customer issues while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Application Development & Support: Work closely with the development team to enhance, maintain, and support the UCA application.
    • Issue Resolution & Ticket Management: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues by analyzing JSON data, API requests, and cloud resources.
    • Cloud & API Integration: Ensure seamless interaction between Azure services, REST APIs, and other cloud-based components to maintain system performance.
    • Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform QA testing, report issues, and provide feedback to the development team to enhance system reliability.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed reports, documentation, and knowledge bases for customer issues, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
    • Customer Support & Communication: Respond to customer tickets, manage expectations, and provide guidance on cost reports, Power BI insights, and system configurations.
    • Collaboration & DevOps Management: Work within Azure DevOps to track issues, manage pipelines, and trigger automation for testing and deployment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Must-Have Skills & Experience:
    • JSON Expertise: Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot JSON-based data structures.
    • REST APIs: Understanding of RESTful API concepts and ability to make REST requests.
    • Azure Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Services, Storage Accounts, and Azure DevOps.
    • Verbal & Written Communication: Strong skills in documenting issues, writing support tickets, and collaborating across time zones with minimal supervision.
    • Quality Assurance & Debugging: Ability to perform QA testing and provide comprehensive bug reports.

    • Good-To-Have Skills & Experience:
    • Cost Report Analysis & CSV Handling: Understanding of financial cost reports generated within the UCA environment.
    • Power BI Knowledge: Ability to support and troubleshoot Power BI-based reports and dashboards.
    • Azure DevOps Experience: Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards for tracking tickets and using Azure Pipelines for testing automation.

    • Programming Languages: C#, PowerShell
    • Tools: Postman, Visual Studio/VS Code, Git
    • Platforms: Azure, Azure DevOps, .NET
    • Other Technologies: Power BI, CSV data analysis
