We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic Senior Content Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration across content, design, product, and marketing teams. A key focus of this role will be the continual optimization of our existing content, ensuring it remains accurate, effective, and aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in scaling our content operations, maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Content Workflow Management
Design, implement, and refine processes for content creation, editing, review, approval, and publishing across multiple channels.
Project Coordination
Manage content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution of content initiatives.
Content Optimization
Lead initiatives to audit, update, and optimize existing content for accuracy, relevance, SEO, user engagement, and business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact content for refreshes, repurposing, or retirement. Utilize analytics to drive recommendations and measure the success of optimization efforts.
Quality Assurance
Oversee content QA processes, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines, editorial standards, and compliance requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as the liaison between content creators, designers, product managers, and marketing, ensuring alignment and smooth handoffs.
Content Systems & Tools
Administer content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and workflow tools. Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies.
Reporting & Analytics
Track content performance metrics, workflow efficiency, and resource utilization. Analyze content effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization based on data. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Documentation & Training
Develop and maintain documentation for content processes, style guides, and best practices. Train team members on tools and workflows.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to scale and optimize content operations, supporting innovation and growth.
