Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious, results-driven Temporary Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites.

If you are someone with a passion for design, focused attention to detail, understands acreative brief and is not afraid to bring their own ideas and creativity to the table, you could be the perfect fit for this role.The duration for this role is from 10/31/2024-11/15/2024, approximately 80 total hours of work for this project.

We need a Social First, Temporary Senior Art Director with an understanding of digital marketing and knack for designing across multiple digital mediums. You are driven by what resonates with consumers and what makes them take action, leverage these principles and apply this to creative design.

You will:

  • Be responsible for concepting and designing visual solutions for display banners,social, and website landing pages.
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups with attention to interaction design whilst following style and brand guidelines.
  • Extend visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums, including taking theproduct's mission, user research and analytics data and translate into polished and engaging design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in advertising, graphic design or similar
  • Banner creation, resizing, and retouching
  • Strong focus on art direction and execution
  • 5+ years of digital design experience at an Agency or Client side; experienced
  • with social media campaigns – design and concept preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate complex technology through art directon.
  • Ability to be both conceptual and tactical.

Open to remote but:

  • NYC/Tri-state area preferred
  • Willing to work hybrid if in NYC/Tri-state
  • Work to be done on EST schedule, but open to working extended hours and weekends for West Coast based client

Additional Information

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $44.13 - $71.64 per hour. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.

TEMP employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu 2024 holiday schedule, in addition to safe and sick time.
